Who am I?
My name is Delisa and I can’t remember a time in my life where I wasn’t dreaming of traveling, from my childhood fingers flipping through National Geographic to my carefree college days when I took less than 24 hours to decide that I would venture to a field camp in the McMurdo Dry Valleys of Antrarctica for a semester to work as a scientist . It’s all led to my obsession with learning everything I can about the world and the people that live in it.
I will never run out of places to explore or new foods to try! When I’m not out traveling, I’m trying to recreate the flavors I found along the way - which is the best way I know to recapture all those wonderful memories. Follow along with me as I explore and I’ll share the tips I’ve learned to make travel easier and safer for you!
